ScanaCube™

How it works

Look up → Scan → Connect

Guests notice ScanaCube™ overhead, scan the code with their phone, and open the digital experience you configured. A menu, a promotion, or an order is possible only when the page you connected already supports it. The display does not take the order or the payment.

A guest looks up and points a phone at a ScanaCube™. A floor kiosk beside him is out of order.

Guests notice ScanaCube™ overhead.

An illuminated display hangs in the dining room. Guests look up. It does not stand on the floor.

Concept rendering. Not a customer installation.

The object

A cube, a pipe, a canopy.

Face
45.7 cm (18 in) on each side
Pipe
Up to 38 cm (15 in)
Overall drop
Up to 83.7 cm (33 in), ceiling plate to the bottom of the cube
Motion
About one full turn every 24 seconds when installed
Mount
Stationary canopy. The cube turns. The canopy does not.
Faces
Bolt Burger on one face. The scanacube.com code on the next.

An operator reviews scan activity while the cube hangs in the dining room. Illustrative demonstration data — not actual restaurant performance. This is not an installation diagram.

An operator reviews a scan dashboard on a tablet. A Bolt Burger ScanaCube™ hangs in the dining room behind him.

After the scan

The page is yours. The count is a scan.

The printed code is a dynamic short link. A scan is recorded, then the phone opens the destination. Change where it points without reprinting the face.

Reporting can include total scans, estimated unique scans, time, device type, and which display was scanned. That is not an order, a payment, or a labor report.

What a report can show

  • Total scans — when a guest scans
  • Estimated unique scans — when a guest scans
  • Time — when a guest scans
  • Device type — when a guest scans
  • Display location — when a guest scans

Example of the report layout. No customer numbers are shown, because none are claimed.

Not shown by the display itself

  • A completed order
  • A payment
  • Hours of labor removed

Installation

Ceiling mounted. The canopy stays still. The cube turns about once every 24 seconds. Power is a standard 110V plug or a hardwired connection. A site review confirms structure, clearance, and local requirements. This website is not a safety manual.

If it is down

Guests keep the counter and any kiosk you already have. Support and replacement terms are set in the pilot or purchase agreement, not assumed here.

What to do next

Put your name on a concept cube, then ask for a demonstration or a pilot at one location.
